周佰平，1973年4月出生，哲学博士，现任中国传统文化促进会副会长、中央国家机关书法家协会会员、中国楹联学会中宣盛世文化艺术交流中心会员，陕西省书法家协会会员，连续三届被评为“中华大地之光十佳新闻人物”光荣称号，受到党和国家领导人的亲切会见。《中华传世藏书》副主编等职，创作有《祖国福》系列产品，《财道在德》合体字等作品，个性鲜明，理念清晰，带给人们在观赏之余的思索！
周佰平先生数年来致力于弘扬中华传统文化，他孜孜以求，从实践中总结，让人们便于记忆与学习《道德经》，通过对《道德经》替心研究，他先后撰写、改编完成《道德经三字文》、《道德经七字言》，创作出《财道在德》书法合体字。他的书法艺术作品按古为今用的原则，取其精华，弃其糟粕，推陈出新，使传统文化切实与当代社会相适应，与现代文明相协调，实现传统文化与现代文化的合理融合。
2019年是新中国成立70周年，周佰平先生创作出一套《祖国福》书法艺术作品。其作品分别为：《祖国福·人民至上》、《祖国福·祖国在心中》、《祖国福·天下平》、《祖国福·龙凤呈祥》、《祖国福·世界桥》等。《祖国福》创作的主题为：“爱国情·奋斗者”，“牢记谆谆嘱托·奋力奔跑追梦”。周佰平先生的作品先后得到北京大学政府管理学院黄恒学教授、新加坡亚洲管理学院院长、管理哲学博士周卫国、北京大学社会科学部学术委员会副主席、雎国余教授等各界人士的好评。
Zhou Baiping, born in April 1973, holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy. He currently serves as the Vice President of the China Traditional Culture Promotion Association, a member of the Calligraphers Association of Central State Organs, a member of the Zhongxuan Shengshi Cultural and Art Exchange Center of the China Couplet Society, and a member of the Shaanxi Provincial Calligraphers Association. He has been consecutively awarded the honorary title of Top Ten News Figures of the Land of China for three terms and has received cordial receptions from leaders of the Party and the state. He also holds the position of deputy editor-in-chief of *Chinese Enduring Collection of Books*, and has created a series of works titled *Blessings of the Motherland*, as well as composite calligraphic works such as *The Path to Wealth Lies in Virtue*. His distinctive style and clear artistic philosophy invite reflection beyond mere appreciation. For several years, Mr.Zhou Baiping has been dedicated to promoting traditional Chinese culture. Through persistent effort and practical experience, he has helped people better remember and learn the *Tao Te Ching*. By conducting in-depth studies of the *Tao Te Ching*, he has successively authored and adapted *Three-Character Version of the Tao Te Ching* and *Seven-Character Version of the Tao Te Ching*, and created the composite calligraphic work *The Path to Wealth Lies in Virtue*. His calligraphic artworks adhere to the principle of applying the ancient to the modern —extracting the essence while discarding the dross—thereby innovating within tradition. This approach ensures that traditional culture effectively aligns with contemporary society, harmonizes with modern civilization, and achieves a rational integration of traditional and modern cultures. In 2019, marking the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, Mr.Zhou Baiping created a series of calligraphic artworks titled *Blessings of the Motherland*, including *Blessings of the Motherland: People First*, *Blessings of the Motherland: The Motherland in Our Hearts*, *Blessings of the Motherland: Peace Under Heaven*, *Blessings of the Motherland: Auspicious Dragons and Phoenixes*, and *Blessings of the Motherland: Bridges to the World*. The overarching themes of these works are: Patriotic Sentiment, Strivers and Keeping in Mind the Earnest Instructions, Striving Forward to Pursue Our Dreams. The works of Mr.Zhou Baiping have garnered acclaim from a diverse range of experts, including Professor Huang Hengxue of the School of Government at Peking University; Professor Zhou Weiguo, Dean of the Asia Management Institute in Singapore and holder of a Ph.D. in Management Philosophy; and Professor Ju Guoyu, Vice Chairman of the Academic Committee of the Department of Social Sciences at Peking University.
